Forward Funding, Packaged Deals, and Turnkey Transactions
Our expertise and primary service is facilitating forward fund transactions, sometimes referred to as Packaged Deals and Turnkey Transactions for institutional investors.
Hence, we bring forward development opportunities, primarily with planning or where planning is imminent, that are suited to the investment criteria of institutional investors. All opportunities are packaged with trusted developers and contractors who have the necessary experience to deliver the scheme.
JVs, Forward Commits, and Forward Purchase
Although our primary service is facilitating forward funding agreements across a wide range of real estate sectors, we often provide opportunities for institutional investors through slightly varied agreements. For example, we facilitate forward commits and forward purchases on developments in construction. Additionally, we facilitate JV equity agreements when this proves to be the more viable option for institutional investors.
Straight Acquisitions – Existing Assets, Land Sales, and Portfolio Acquisitions
We also present opportunities and facilitate straight acquisitions at different stages of the planning & development process. These include existing assets (stabilised and unstabilised), land/development sites with and without a ticket, and portfolio sales across a range of sectors.
