Size of schemes
We facilitate forward funding agreements on developments with build and exit values of circa £15M up to £150m+. If you have the experience and the capability to deliver schemes of this size in your sector/s then we would like to hear from you.
Acting as the Contractor AND taking on the Property Developer role
Changing market conditions leading to a rise in construction costs has led to many sites losing any planning gain profit. Consequently, these sites are not being delivered.
To unlock these schemes we are seeking contractors who have the capability to also take on board the property developer role. With the contractor taking on this dual role, the profit does not have to be split between two parties making the scheme financially viable with the contractor still making their margin.
In these scenarios, we still will have secured an exit and forward fund agreement with an institution. Hence, the build is still fully funded with you delivering to a credible institutional exit.

Additional Avenues for Experienced Contractors
Experienced contractors are of significant value to the institutional market. Many schemes become unviable for a forward fund/turnkey agreement due to the land owner or property developer lacking the experience to deliver schemes of this magnitude.
If you are an experienced contractor, secure additional contracting work by:

Bringing forward land you have secured, ideally owned land or secured options, however, exclusivity agreements will be consider. In these circumstances, we secure you as the contractor with the institutional exit we facilitate..

Introduce us directly to land and development owners, on sites you would like to deliver, where you do not have a position. For the introduction, we will present yourselves as the contractor when securing exits with institutions, winning you the contracting work.
